Need help but can't come to the Library?

I offer online research consultations during working hours using Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro. This is a web conferencing software for live meetings, online training courses, and real-time presentations that audiences can see and hear anytime, anywhere, through any standard web browser. You will need a high speed internet connection, headphones and a microphone. If the connection is too slow for voice or if you don't have a headset I can call you on your hands-free mobile or telephone. When you first login to a session you will be prompted to download a tiny software which will allow me to see your screen on my computer.
