Australian dental journal online

The library has upgraded its subscription to the online Australian dental journal so from now on you can access all issues from 1956 to present. The Australian Dental Journal is the leading publication in its field and provides a forum for the exchange of information about new and significant research in dentistry in Australia and throughout the world. It publishes peer-reviewed research articles, clinical developments, clinical opinions and treatments as well as other key issues of relevance to dentistry.

Prosthodontics video on MedEdPORTAL

Dr Cecilia E. Aragon from the University of Western Ontario just published a 30 minutes instructional video called All Ceramic Crown Tooth Preparation and Provisional Crown Fabrication. on MedEdPORTAL. The video depicts the step-by-step procedures performed in real time by the author, required for the preparation of a maxillary central incisor for an all-ceramic full coverage restoration and the fabrication of a provisional restoration in a mannequin.

MedEdPORTAL promotes educational collaboration by facilitating the open exchange of peer-reviewed teaching resources such as tutorials, virtual patients, cases, and teaching materials under creative commons license.
